Coachella singer David Anthony Burke, known by his stage name dv4d, faced immense pain and embarrassment after miscalculating a summersault.
Although the 20-year-old performer’s impressive stunt ended up in a painful face-plant, the Feel It songwriter took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his thoughts about the moment.
Sharing a clip of him in mid-air from the same show, he wrote: “GOT UP AND GOT DA AURA RIGHT BACK HO L****O FUN SET FUN M* SET.”
In another post, the Here With Me hitmaker penned down a closing note: “Humiliation ritual complete… see u next week coachella I love u.”
Despite getting hurt by banging his head on the platform, d4vd did not stop from shinning as he stood up and continued the concert, executing other flips without missing a beat.
The gig was deemed impressive by the concertgoers as it was the first time the pop artist took over the Coachella stage.
Earlier, the Romantic Homicide artist revealed in a Billboard News interview that he felt “excited” and “hyped” up with all the “adrenaline in my body.”
The star also discussed that he was hoping to create “a rock show like early Nirvana vibes” with his “alternative music.”
dv4d became notable with his first official single Run Away in 2001. A year later he came up with a special song Romantic Homicide which became his first chart hit. He won several accolades, including the Latin Grammy Awards.
