Kanye West received a severe warning from Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, after he posted offensive tweets about her and Jay-Z's youngest child.
On Tuesday, the 47-year-old controversial rapper attacked the famous couple on social media and also targeted their seven-year-old twins, Sir and Rumi.
Mathew, 73, said that the personal attacks on his family will eventually affect West's music career.
Mathew, who also managed Beyoncé's career for about 15 years, told TMZ, "People face consequences for being foolish, especially in the music industry."
Recognising that the Bully singer's mental health might be affecting his behaviour, Mathew said he hopes West gets the help he needs.
Last month, West claimed he was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and is now diagnosed with autism.
This comes after Tina Knowles, Beyoncé's mom and Mathew's ex-wife, also defended her family following West's surprising tweets.
On Wednesday, Tina took to Instagram to share one of her popular "corny joke" posts, likely to lighten the mood.
"Time for a corny joke! It's tough to stay positive and classy when facing ignorance and evil," the Cécred vice chairperson said.
However, the 71-year-old clearly expressed her feelings about the recent attacks on her loved ones with a direct message in the caption.
