Bruce Willis is hitting 70 amid his battle with dementia.

The Die Hard actor was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2023 after announcing his retirement the year before.

Back then, Bruce’s family revealed his condition was getting worse over time and the actor was sometimes facing issues communicating with people.

Since then, Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore and his other family members have kept fans updated about his health.

On March 18, Bruce’s daughter, Rumer, shared a health update a day before his 70th birthday.

In an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram, one of Rumer’s followers inquired about her father, to which she gave an encouraging response.

"He's doing great; thank you for asking. It is actually his 70th birthday tomorrow, so please wish my papa a big happy birthday," Rumer said.

The update echoed Rumer’s recent response to a similar question she was asked during an appearance on a UK talk show.

On February 3, the 36-year-old appeared on Loose Women via video link, and when asked about her father’s health, she revealed, “He’s doing great.” Rumer also expressed her gratitude for growing up with parents like Bruce and Demi.

Bruce, now 70, has five daughters, with Rumer being the eldest. The legendary actor divorced Demi in 2000 and married model Emma Heming in 2009.

Happy Birthday, Bruce!
