Justin Baldoni, who is accused of sexually harassing his co-star, might settle his case with Blake Lively ahead of hearings.

The 41-year-old director’s attorney was questioned on the Matthew Belloni’s podcast The Town about a chance of dealing the case to avoid going to the court for trials.

Bryan Freedman, who is representing the director, seemed hesitant answering the question posed by the host as the two discussed the most anticipated case between the Hollywood stars.

Although the feud can be diffused between the parties by opting for a settlement, Bryan stressed that Justin will take the lawsuit to its final verdict.

However, Matthew presented his opinion: “I do not believe there will be a trial in this case,” according to Us Weekly

The host of the podcast called the legal battle a “circus,” pointing out that the damage of the situation will stop both sides from acting any further.

Meanwhile, Justin’s attorney disagreed with the statement as he replied: “You see a lot of things, but the reality is this is not a circus when you go through an experience like this.”

Noting the impact of the ongoing legal battle on the director’s mental health, the star's representative revealed: “Justin has been destroyed by this.”
