Hollywood icon Jennifer Aniston is celebrating her 56th birthday, but fans can’t stop talking about how she seemingly never ages.

The Friends star has previously opened up about her go-to habits for staying youthful, radiant, and healthy, and her number one secret is exercise.

In an interview with Vogue, Aniston shared that she feels “beautiful” after a workout, knowing that she has boosted her endorphins and gotten her blood pumping.

“I’m taking care of the one body I have,” she said.

Another major key to her well-being? Ditching screens in the morning. “I don’t look at my phone for at least the first hour after waking up.”

She keeps her chargers in a drawer six feet away from her bed, relying on an old-school iPod or iPhone from “1912” for her alarms and sleep apps.

“The mental difference this makes impacts the whole day,” she explained.

Aniston also weighed in on the darker side of social media, saying: “I understand the innocence of how it was birthed and the intention was to bring people together… but you have to take the good with the bad—that people just sit there and throw emotional knives at other people on these platforms.”

When it comes to beauty, Aniston is selective about the products she endorses, ensuring they align with her values and personal regimen.
