Armie Hammer selling his beloved truck for THIS reason

Armie Hammer is is selling his beloved truck for a more cost-efficient! 

In a new video posted on his Instagram account, the House of Hammer star revealed he is downsizing. 

“So, I’ve been back in L.A. for a couple of weeks now, this is my truck,” he began in a selfie clip. 

The actor further added about his 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Pickup, “I have loved this truck intensely and taken it camping and across the country multiple times and on long road trips, and I took it for one last road trip to CarMax.”

"This is because I’m selling my truck. Since being back in L.A., I have put about 4 or 500 dollars worth of gas in it, and I can’t afford it. I can’t afford the gas anymore,” Hammer confessed. 

He at the same time also recalled the great memories he had made in the truck such as 'bringing kids home from the hospital' and other 'amazing trips.' 

“But you know what? That’s okay. I got a new car. It’s tiny. It’s a hybrid. I’m probably gonna put about 10 bucks of gas in it a month, and this is it, he said. "Here’s to new beginnings. It’s my birthday tomorrow.”

In July, Armie Hammer appeared on the Piers Morgan Uncensored where he had discussed the past allegations levied on him such as accusations of physical and sexual abuse. 

“He wants to prove himself and win back credibility by clawing his way back into Hollywood," quoted one insider. 

Further adding, "He hasn't been leaning on family money or what people might think because he's a 'Hammer.' It seems like he's really put in the work with treatment."
