Ashley Park rejoins 'Emily In Paris' cast after medical emergency

Ashley Park made a return to the set of Emily In Paris as the show began filming its fourth season.

The actress joined the team that has been recording for several weeks following recuperation after she suffered from septic shock over the holidays.

Taking her excitement to rejoin the series, the 32-year-old actress and musician posted a note on Instagram story along with a clip of behind-the-scenes from the set.

In the video she posted on Tuesday, Park was seen getting ready for the scene with some crew members and having fun.

The Joy Ride actress wrote a text on the, "So happy to be back to star filming days with @carolenicolas @parizhair again! @emilyinparis [purple heart emoji]."

Earlier over the past weekend she revealed that she is returning to the series with a hashtag, "#emilyinparis."

"First day back to work, taking it slow, steady, and styling in Mindy’s shoes again…" the caption read that was accompanied with a picture of her character's wardrobe featuring a funky cheetah print robe adorned with sequined letter "MINDY" and colorful polka dots.

In the background, a stock of several shades of pink and purple heels was aligned on the rack.

Before returning to the shooting of season four the Emily In Paris star updated her fans about her health weeks after suffering from a critical septic shock and expressed her gratitude for all the warm wishes.

"I was medically cleared to fly after responding to treatments, and am now recovering and resting in Paris where I was greeted with this incredible warm welcome from loved ones and my Emily In Paris fam," she wrote that time.
