Elizabeth Banks celebrates 50th birthday in golden catsuit

Elizabeth Banks tuned in to her Golden Jubilee year with fresh energy.

The Hunger Games alum took to Instagram to give a sneak peek into how she celebrated her milestone birthday.

The actress, who is known as an ICCA commentator in the Pitch Perfect film series wrote in the brief caption with a golden star emoji, "Birthday suit #50."

The additional text read as "(Inspired by the best to ever do it)"z.

The video featured the Cocaine Bear star sporting a golden chrome figure-fitted catsuit and striking several poses.

The montage of short clips and still portraits commenced with Banks, who was celebrating her 50th birthday, peeking her face out from the golden streamers asking, "Who wants to see my birthday suit?".

Then she made a dramatic entrance before the camera. Pushing aside the golden decorations she revealed her metallic gold head-to-toe bodysuit.

She also made some luscious poses during the shoot however, Banks made the whole shoot purposefully hilarious with her funky expressions.

During the photoshoot, the blonde beauty struck a pose outside her home with her leg up then the video zoomed in on her fuzzy comfy slippers.

She also showed off her flexibility, doing a high jump in the air with her legs almost in a split. The video then focused on her awkward face mid-jump.

Shortly after she posted the video, many of her friends and fans wished her a happy golden birthday, including actress Julianne Moore, who said, "Happy birthday Queen!!! You are a golden [star emoji]."

Katie Couric chimed in saying, "Happy birthday hot stuff [fire and heart emoji]."

Meanwhile, in a nod to her golden dress one fan wrote, "You don't need a Oscar. You are the Oscar!"
