Khloe Kardashian has shared one useful tool for managing stress!
The reality TV star conducted a Snapchat Q&A session with her fans where she addressed questions about how she handles pressure.
“Working out is my therapy. For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress,” revealed Khloe.
The mom of two further added, “It keeps me focused. It keeps me strong physically and mentally.”
To note, Khloe is a fitness freak and finds solace in it. She has many times been vocal about her active workout routine.
Her take on coping stress came days after her ex Tristan Thompson was suspended from his games for breaching organizations drug policy.
Khloe and Tristan were in an on-again off-again relationship for a while, during which he cheated on her multiple times. The couple share two kids, True and Tatum.
Khloe revealed to tmrw magazine about her on-off relationship with Tristan, “With me and Tristan, would it be really easy to never talk to him again and to just badmouth him or whatever? Of course. But it's way harder to be nice."
