Gisele Bundchen discussed the importance of a healthy lifestyle in her latest interview with Harper’s Bazaar.
The Brazilian model, who is reportedly worth $400 million, admitted that ‘all the money’ in the world can’t buy health.
“I want to live feeling the best that I can for the longest time, but to achieve this, I have to make decisions today,” she said.
Gisele further emphasized, “You can have all the money in the world. If you don't have your health, it's not possible to buy it back.”
Discussing healthy eating, Gisele revealed that she reduces her meat consumption.
“I can offer some things I've learned that have helped me and my family. I'm just a mom with a very busy life, and I think a lot of women can relate to that,” explained the model who shares two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with her former NFL star ex-husband Tom Brady.
Gisele also added that her daily routine usually “begins at 5 am when she walks her dogs, followed by meditation.”
