'Teen Mom' alum Kailyn Lowry secretly welcomes twins with Elijah Scott

Kailyn Lowry and her boyfriend, Elijah Scott announced that their family has extended from seven to nine after secretly welcoming twins.

The Teen Mom alum confirmed in the latest episode of their podcast, Barely Famous, dropped on Friday, Jan. 19, that she welcomed a son and daughter with Scott.

She quoted the exact time of their arrival, noting that the son was born at 11:36 pm and the daughter at 11:40.

The bestselling author of the New York Times revealed that the babies were born five weeks prior to the expected date, revealing that the twins were six weeks old when the podcast was recorded. However, the exact birthdate was not disclosed.

The couple appeared on the twin's birth story special podcast and spoke about the birth experience, sharing that they were born via C-section and stayed in the NICU.

The newest little angels joined elder siblings, namely 14-month-old Rio, whom Lowry shares with her current boyfriend.

She is also a mother to three-year-old Creed and six-year-old Lux, whom she welcomed with former partner Chris Lopez.

The tattooed beauty shares 10-year-old son Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin and welcomed 14-year-old son Isaac when she was married to Jo Rivera.

However, she believed that Scott, 25, is the best father her kids could ever ask for.

Earlier, during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the TV personality reflected on her thoughts on his parenting skills, "It's been good. It's been very different from my other partners and my kids' other dads."

The 31-year-old mom of seven noted that the way Scott put efforts into making their love work and bond stronger just made Lowry fall in love with him all over again.
