Emily Blunt, John Krasinski react to divorce rumors: ‘Funny, ridiculous’

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski laughed off swirling rumors that hinted that they are heading for divorce.

On Thursday an insider told US Weekly that the couple was completely fine.

“There are no issues with Emily and John," the source began and continued, "They are absolutely not talking about divorce."

The tipster also described their reactions to the news adding, "They think the rumours are funny and ridiculous."

For the unversed, on Sunday on the red carpet of Golden Globe 2024, the couple posed for the cameras as Blunt, 40, donned an Alexander McQueen gown featuring a metallic mini dress with a sheer white skirt.

The dress was adorned with a heavily embellished v-neckline and bodice encrusted with gold sequins and floral embroidery which descended into a mermaid–style flowy skirt.

Meanwhile, The Office actor sported a red tuxedo over a white shirt with, a black bow and coupled it with purple dress pants and black shoes.

They also exchanged some dialogues with a smiling face, however, the eagle-eyed fans claimed that the Jack Ryan star told his wife that he "can’t wait to get a divorce."

Meanwhile, on the other hand, some other fans lip-read and suggested that he said, "I can’t wait to get indoors."

In addition to the existing rumors, the Devil Wears Prada actress fueled the split news as she attended the Governers Awards sans the 44-year-old filmmaker.

Nonetheless, all the rumors have been nullified after the insider cleared the air that the couple, who exchanged vows in 2010 and share two daughters, is not headed for divorce.
