Halle Bailey’s boyfriend, DDG, rebuffed news of having a second baby shortly after the couple made headlines following the birth of their first baby, Halo.
The Famous crooner said it's "too early" to have another baby after a fan congratulated him on the arrival of Baby Halo on Snapchat and asked him if baby number two is already "in the making."
The 26-year-old YouTuber replied, "No, I believe you gotta wait six weeks for that. That’s what I was told."
DDG, born Darryls Dwayne Granberry Jr., went on to explain that he "don’t want to split attention too quick" from his little bundle of joy and added, "Let him[Halo] get full-blown attention right now."
The I’m Geekin rapper gushed over his first baby, whom he welcomed together with the Little Mermaid star, "Our whole world is him right now, so I don’t wanna take that away from him… I want him to experience that for a few years."
He concluded his response with another revelation saying that maybe Halo will be the only child of the couple, adding that it’s up to the supreme power if he and the 23-year-old actress have more kids in the future.
Earlier on January 6, The Color Purple actress announced that she and DDG had secretly welcomed their first child together via an Instagram post.
She also revealed the name of the baby along with an adorable photo of his hand adorned with a bracelet, engraved with his moniker, Halo.
The Do It hitmaker captioned the post, "Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo [emojis]."
