Jason Mamoa becomes 'homeless' following Lisa Bonet divorce

Jason Mamoa was forced to "live on the road" after his wife, Lisa Bonet, filed for dissolution of marriage two years following their split.

The Aquaman star opened up to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, "I don’t even have a home right now. I’m always in these weird places."

The 44-year-old actor went on to explain that he has been working on a docuseries, On the Roam for which he travels across the US and encounters several artisans, athletes, and musicians.

The Game of Thrones alum further shed light and revelaed that fans were often surprised to see him roaming in small towns, "It happens all the time. They’re like, 'What the hell are you doing in our hometown?'"

"I love the idea of just being with everyday people and doing my craft, which is filming, and then showing them. And, so, I think doing that for so long, I got to be curious about it," he added.

His new venture is expected to premiere on January 18, however, he will keep his nomad life intact because in the future Mamoa is slated to be featured in Minecraft for which he will be flying to New Zealand for shooting.

This comes after the Dune actor settled his divorce with Zoë Kravitz’s mother, as confirmed by Page Six on Monday.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, the former exes’ agreed on joint custody of their teenage kids; Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15.

No spousal support has been requested for either side and their divorce has been listed as "uncontested" – meaning: neither intends to fight in court.
