Zac Brown and his wife Kelly Yazdi parted ways after four months of marriage.
A spokesperson of the country star confirmed the news of the couple’s split to Billboard on Friday, December 29.
The joint statement read, "We are in the process of divorce," adding, "our mutual respect for one another remains."
"We wish each other the best and will always appreciate our time together."
They concluded the statement and urged the fans to give them some privacy during the sensitive tim. "As we navigate this personal matter, we simply request privacy during this time."
It was previously reported that the Zac Brown Band lead singer and Yazdi got engaged in December 2022.
The two also made waves in media last month after TMZ broke the news that the stuntwoman and the 45-year-old musician tied the knot in a secret ceremony on August 31, in Coweta County, Georgia.
The outlet also reported that the fans already speculated the split before it was confirmed as the actress deactivated her Instagram account and later made a come back on the social media platform without her married name.
Brown’s divorce with the 32-year-old model is marked as his second divorce.
The Chicken Fried hitmaker was first married to Shelly Brown. The former couple exchanged vows in 2006 and seeked divorce after spending a decade and two years together.
The parents, who split in October 2018, share five children. Their eldest child is a daughter named Justice.
The 16-year-old is followed by sisters: 15-year-old Lucy, Georgia, 13 and 12-year-old Joni.
The four sisters welcomed their youngest brother Alexander in 2014 and now the young lad is nine-years-old.
