Kate Middleton and Prince William have reportedly "moved on" from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s drama.
According to People, the future King and Queen are not interested in reviving their strained relationship with the former royals as suggested by the source.
The publication cited a close friend of Princess Kate in their weekly issue on Wednesday, December 27, who revealed, "She’s moved on and William has too."
They continued, "She’s very focused on what matters going forward. They aren’t looking back."
Kate and William become alienated when Harry and Meghan stepped down from working royals in 2020 and moved to California.
Their relationship was further ruptured after the Montecito-based couple released their docuseries and memoir, darting several allegations on the monarchy including, the heirs to the throne.
However, over the course of time, the Prince and Princess of Wales have solidified their image as popular royals unlike the Duke and Duchess of Sussexes.
The couple has taken over additional roles apart from their appointed royal duties since His Majesty was crowned as King Charles this year in May.
Reflecting on Kate’s relationship with the Harry and Meghan, Page Six reported, Omid Scoobie wrote in Endgame that there is "almost zero direct communication, bar a few short pleasantries, between the pair since late 2019."
The royal author also suggested that there is " no going back" from the drama as the mother of three has no interest in mending her relationship with brother-in-law and his wife.
Shedding light on the ambitious future Queen, a source close to the royal household told the outlet, "She takes things seriously — and thanks goodness for that."
Moreover, she has been praised by Simon Lewis, former Buckingham Palace communications chief, "She’s very much seen as a player at the centre of team Windsor."
