Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald welcomed their fifth baby together.
The American TV personality took to her Instagram on Friday, December 23, to announce the arrival of her rainbow baby to her 2.5 millions followers.
She posted a picture of herself lying in the hospital bed looking at her newborn baby, who was nestled in her embrace.
The new mother of five wrote in the caption, "Baby is here and couldn’t be more grateful!"
She also directed her followers to her Youtube channel where she documented her whole labor experience till the birth of the baby.
In the video it has been revealed that the couple was blessed with a boy.
The 19 Kids and Counting alum and Benjamin Seewald exchanged marital vows in 2014 and the following year became parents for the first time in November with baby boy Spurgeon, now 8.
In February 2017, the two expanded their family with another son Henry and in May 2019, the two elder brothers welcomed their sister Ivy, now 4.
Before welcoming their fourth kid, two-year-old daughter Fern, in 2021, the couple suffered a miscarriage in 2020.
As per Page Six, the parents of four experienced another pregnancy loss in 2022.
The 31-year-old social media influencer opened up on her miscarriages in a youtube video she posted in February, "Miscarriages can be so jarring because you don’t have a clear sign of something going wrong".
However, in September, the duo revealed that they are expecting a rainbow baby.
The former TLC personality announced via Instagram stories at that time, "After a heartbreaking loss last year, we’re so thankful God has blessed us with a rainbow baby!"
