Dua Lipa splits from Romain Gavras after ‘a summer of love’

Dua Lipa has reportedly parted ways from boyfriend Romain Gavras after eight months.

The Sun confirmed on Sunday, December 3, that the Albanian singer, 28, just wants to focus on her work ahead of releasing the third album.

According to the outlet, an insider spilled,”Dua and Romain have gone their separate ways after a summer of love.”

“She has blinkers on when it comes to her career and the pair ended the relationship before things turned sour,” the source added.

The former couple first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted heading home together from the Saint Laurent Paris Fashion Week show.

Following the swirling romance rumors, stirring on social media, the One Kiss hitmaker confirmed she is dating Romain back in March.

However, the estranged couple decided to split as the Frenchman felt neglected by the “workaholic” Cold Heart songstress.

“Romain considered Dua to be workaholic but she doesn’t plan on slowing down for anything or anyone.”

The filmmaker, 42, who also dated Rita Ora, was last seen with three-times Grammy award winning artist during a night out last month.

The two were accompanied by Dua’s brother Gjin, 17, as they headed out of the celebrity hotspot Chiltern Firehouse after enjoying dinner.

Before her relationship with Romain, the New Rules singer was last romantically involved with the model Anwar Hadid.

However, the Levitating singer is single and is reportedly giving some final touches to her third album.

According to the outlet, she recently teased the fans about her upcoming record.

Though Dua is yet to reveal the name of her upcoming album, fans can expect the record to be “vulnerable and honest”.
