The Challenge alum, Ashley Cain has announced he will soon become a father again, two years after his first daughter, Azaylia Diamond Cain’s death.

The Sun reported on Saturday, December 2, that he is going to be a father for the second time and the first person he shared this news with was his baby girl.

The former footballer shared to the outlet that after finding out the good news, he rushed to her daughter’s grave in order to celebrate the expected baby.

“After going to her resting place and speaking to her about it, I just had a feeling in my heart and in my soul that she was happy for me,” he said during the interview.

The former Ex on the Beach contestant didn’t reveal the identity of the mother of his second baby.

However, he shared that they have been friends since they were 18 and were in an on and off contact over the past years.

The TV personality welcomed his first bundle of joy with former partner Safiyya Vorajee in 2020.

After starring in several dating shows including the MTV shows Cain, 33, got romantically involved with the author, 36.

They welcomed their little angel in 2020 but in a twist of fate, only eight weeks after baby Azaylia came into this world, she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

She also had tumors on her stomach, kidneys and lungs. She underwent a bone marrow transplant at Birmingham Children's Hospital and also was given several rounds of chemotherapy.

However, sadly, the eight-month-old baby lost her life during her battle with the rare form of cancer.

Cain, who has been preparing for Yukon 1000, the world's toughest survival endurance race from Canada, through the Arctic circle to Alaska, confessed during the interview that it was hard for him to process the news of his second baby.

Nevertheless, he believed that every child is a blessing and is looking forward to embrace his second baby.
