Kailyn Lowry 'little hesitant' on engagement with 'good match' Elijah Scott

Ahead of welcoming her twins, Kailyn Lowry does not want to “rush” into engagement with boyfriend Elijah Scott.

However, it is something she has given thought about as her relationship with boyfriend continues to blossom.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the TV personality revealed that her beau is “pushing for it,” but considering to her previous marriage she said, “I've already kind of done marriage once and I [expletive] it up royally.”

“So I'm a little hesitant,” she added.

The mother of five continued that the couple just “jumped right into parenthood together,” so she wanted to enjoy this time before embarking on any new adventures.

“I kind of would like to have something to look forward to in the future instead of doing everything all at once,” She explained, “I think we have time. If we're meant to be together, then we don't need to rush into it tomorrow."

The Barely Famous podcast host and Scott welcomed their first child together, son named Rio, last year, however, kept the good news under the radar.

At present, the lovebirds are expecting twins.

Lowry also shares sons, Creed, 3, 6-year-old Lux, 9-year-old Lincoln and Isaac, 13 with partners from previous relationships.

She has enjoyed parenting with Scott as he enters the fatherhood with full swing.

The way he put efforts into making their love work and bond more stronger just made Lowry fall in love with him all over again.

While giving a nod to his parenting skills she shared, “It's been good. It's been very different from my other partners and my kids' other dads.

The Teen Mom alum went on to say that Scott, 25 is “just a real family man” as he is “very much connected with his own family, with our family.”

“He's been a really good partner to me, and I feel like it's a really good match,” she affirmed to the outlet.
