Grimes takes ex Elon Musk to court over parental rights: Details

Grimes filed a legal petition against Elon Musk over parental rights of their three children.

As per court records obtained by Page Six, Grimes, 35, filed a petition “to establish parental relationship” last month on September 29.

Any further details of the petition, filed in the Superior Court of San Francisco, are not publicly available.

Earlier, Claire Elise Boucher, professionally known as Grimes, accused Musk, 52, of restricting contact with one of her sons in a now-deleted social media update.

She filed the petition just weeks after making a public plea on X, formerly Twitter, asking Musk to allow her to see their son.

In response to Isaacson's tweet sharing photos of the billionaire's twins, Strider and Azure, whom he shares with Shivon Zilis, the singer of Flesh Without Blood tweeted: “Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer.” It has since been deleted.

Later she had a meeting with Shivon and cleared the air saying, “We respect each other a lot and we’re excited to become friends and have the kids grow up together.”

The two started dating in May 2018, during their spasmodic dating phase, the couple welcomed their first born named unusually as X AE A-1, known as X, 2.

The Genesis vocalist revealed in March 2022 that she and the SpaceX founder had been blessed with their first daughter named Exa Dark Siderael Musk nickname Y, via surrogacy in December 2021.

The Canadian singer also had a third baby with Musk. 

Though it's unclear when he was born, Journalist Walter Isaacsons’s Elon Musk biography revealed the couple secretly had a baby boy named Techno Mechanicus, whom they have dubbed Tau.
