Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, shared health update on her boyfriend after he was rushed to the hospital in Italy.

The singer, 30, unwillingly canceled his South American tour due to a serious kidney infection earlier this month.

Following to that, recently, he was admitted to the hospital and went through the process of urgent tests as he was in excruciating pain.

While the Drag Me Down singer is under treatment. Kate, 24, was spotted on a shopping spree all by herself in London, where she was asked about the singer’s health, to which she replied,

“He's feeling a lot better. He's in good hands. He's out of the hospital."

Despite the hospital hustle and bustle, the influencer appeared in good spirits, as she made several purchases from Zara and Lululemon.

Kate looked stylish blue jeans and a beige crop top. She layered the crop top with a matching beige cardigan to exude the fall-season vibe.

As she walked across the road comfortably in her white trainers, her half-blond shiny tresses were swinging, and half hair was tied in claw clip.

She wasn't wearing many accessories besides diamond-encrusted hoop earrings and a gold ring.

Liam was rushed to the hospital because of the unbearable kidney pain when he was having a good time during a romantic holiday with his girlfriend in Lake Como, Italy.

According to Daily Mail, an insider shared, “Liam is in a bad way, but he's in the best place he can be, and finally, doctors will be able to get to the bottom of what is going on.”
