Amber heard is seen in the Aquaman 2 trailer that has been recently launched.
Yes! The Actress, 37, is the part of the Aquaman sequel though she was in the trailer for a miniscule moment.
In the first full trailer of nearly 3 min duration for the DC sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom the actress has got a blink and miss appearance.
Amber Heard addressed the sequel during her defamation trial vs. ex- husband Johnny Depp back in 2022. "I fought really hard to stay in the movie — they didn't want to include me in the film," she said on the stand.
She further revealed that how often she was getting revised script. The more new versions she got the less her character appears to be in those, "I was given a script and then given new versions of the script that had taken away scenes that had action in it that depicted my character and another character — without giving any spoilers away — two characters fighting with one another," she added.
"They basically took a bunch out of my role. They just removed a bunch out."
Now after the trailer has been released fans speculate this allegation might hit a bulls eye but here's what James Wan the director of the Aquaman and its sequel has to say on these notions.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wan busted the rumors surrounding Amber's performance being reduced due to the courts case. Instead he continued to explain that from the very beginning the sequel was supposed to focus more on the Arthur's relationship with his half-brother Orm than his wife.
"I always pitched this to everyone from the get-go. The first Aquaman was Arthur and Mera's journey," he said. "The second movie was always going to be Arthur and Orm. So, the first was a romance action-adventure movie, the second one is a bromance action-adventure movie. We'll leave it at that.
