Selena Gomez called out for 'obsessing' over Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber

Selena Gomez has been accused of dissing Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber.

Taking to TikTok earlier this week, the 30-year-old singer recorded herself mouthing a contentious dialogue from the show Sex and the City, while promoting her upcoming song.

Alongside the caption “Single Soon this Friday,” Gomez lip-synced a line from the show’s character Samantha Jones, played by Kim Cattrall, from a scene where she answers a phone call from a man who tells her, "It's over, I told my wife [about us]!"

“Who is this?” the songstress mimicked Jones, before shrugging her shoulders and walking out of the camera frame.

Fans were quick to warp it and make it seem like the It Ain’t Me singer was allegedly throwing shade at her ex-boyfriend.

"i'm not even trying to be a hater here. simply speaking as one heartbroken girlie to another, it's very unhealthy to obsess over an ex like this,” one of the users wrote in the comments. “you're just holding yourself back @selenagomez . let justin GO. live your delusional tiktok fantasy but justin ain't ever coming back."

“they're calling her iconic for this but hailey caught hell for... having eyebrows,” another lamented.

“Only this woman can keep making tiktoks and her entire personality about married men without ever anyone calling her out (probably cause they pity her),” affirmed a third.
