Kim Kardashian’s support for C-Murder is making her pay.

Kim Kardashian tried to free C-Murder, Master P's jailed brother, using her voice, but the move was an insult to the family of his accused victim.

George Thomas, victim Steve Thomas’ brother, tells TMZ Hip Hop, "Whenever a celebrity such as Kim Kardashian advocates for C-Murder, it's like reopening the same wound that cut the family so deep years ago."

The family is continuously reliving the anguish, he claims, and it is impossible to grieve Steve, who was only 16 at the time of his death, because of the support of Kim K and other celebrities.

George claims that C-Murder is the murderer and believes that only celebrities, not the average person, are calling for the ex-No Limit rapper's release from prison.

Kim seemed to believe that a new Louisiana law that was passed on Thursday allowing inmates to establish their innocence would be C-Murder's ticket out of prison. She pointed out that two individuals, both of whom have now recanted their evidence, were the basis for C's conviction.

George claims that while he supports Kim utilizing her platform to advocate for the rights of the weak, C-Murder is not one of those individuals. His conviction was upheld in 2011, and he even filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court, which declined to consider the case.

For assaulting and shooting Steve to death, C-Murder was found guilty of second-degree murder. He received a mandatory life term in jail.
