Angus Cloud gave tribute to father 2 weeks before death

Angus Cloud, the 25-year-old star of Euphoria, was found dead at his family's residence in Oakland on Monday. 

Just two weeks before his untimely demise, the actor had paid a tribute to his late father on Instagram, sharing a photo of them together with the caption "Miss u breh."

He had recently returned from Ireland, where he had laid his father to rest in an emotional ceremony. In the wake of this heartbreaking loss, Angus had been seeking solace with his family in Oakland to cope with the profound grief. 

Reports suggest that he had been grappling with 'severe suicidal thoughts' following the recent passing of his beloved father.

The Oakland Police Department and Fire Department responded to a distress call made by Cloud's mother, who expressed concerns over a 'possible overdose.' Despite their efforts, Angus Cloud was pronounced dead on the scene.

The family confirmed his passing in a heartrending statement, describing him as an incredible human and highlighting his roles as an artist, friend, brother, and son.

They shared the pain of losing him just a week after laying his father to rest, stating that Angus and his late father shared a profound bond as best friends. 

The family also acknowledged Cloud's openness about his mental health struggles, urging others to seek support and reminding them they are not alone.

Sydney Martin, a model rumoured to have been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Angus Cloud, reacted with evident sorrow to the tragic news of his death on Monday.
