YouTube star Ethan Dolan pops the question to girlfriend Kristina Alice

Ethan Dolan is engaged to his girlfriend of four years Kristina Alice.

Alice announced her engagement to the former YouTube star via an Instagram post on Monday, writing, "The most special day of my life," alongside a photo of the twosome embracing each other on a beach.

Her left hand was the focus of the photo, in which a diamond cut ring glistened on her wedding finger.

Fans were ecstatic at the unanticipated announcement.

"THEYRE GROWING UP I CANT TAKE IT," one wrote, while a second expressed: "My jaw just dropped to the floor."

"Oh my goodness, I’m screaming!" another commented.

Who are the Dolan Twins?

For the unversed, Ethan is one half of the Dolan Twins, a content-creating duo who gained popularity in the 2010s.

Their content encompassed a wide range of topics, including comedy skits, DIY videos, daring challenges, and, daily vlogs.

However, the twins’ content drastically decreased following the death of their father in 2019, before they announced the end of their YouTube career in 2021.

During an episode of their Deeper than the Dolan Twins podcast, they said, "This is life, and I do think that all good things come to an end at some point or another, and this is that point.

"…We want to move on to bigger and better things that are gonna be more of a challenge for us," the brothers added.

Earlier this month, they announced their upcoming venture, a short film titled, Nothing Left to Give, that they shot together.

It is set to premiere at the HollyShorts Film Festival in August.
