Erykah Badu calls out Beyoncé for copying her style

Erykah Badu has made headlines by accusing Beyonce of copying her unique style during Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour.

In a recent Instagram post, the 52-year-old style icon expressed her displeasure over Beyonce donning an oversized chrome hat that bore a striking resemblance to one Badu had previously worn onstage.

Sharing her post, which showcased the superstar wearing the notable hat along with camouflage boots and a glittery IV sports jersey, Badu simply wrote 'Hmmm,' hinting at her scepticism towards the similarity.

To emphasize her point, Badu shared a separate post featuring herself wearing a nearly identical hat and remarked, "I guess I'm everybody's stylist," suggesting that her fashion choices might be influencing other artists.

During a recent performance in Atlanta, Erykah Badu delighted the crowd when she openly expressed her admiration for Star Wars actor John Boyega.

The 52-year-old singer took a break between songs to discuss her crush on the 31-year-old London-born actor, who is reportedly being considered for the role of chef Levi Roots in an upcoming biopic.

Addressing the audience, Badu stated, "If anybody ever sees John Boyega, tell that n***a I said hi." She acknowledged the large audience, saying she wanted to share the message, confident that someone in the crowd could pass it along to the actor.

Referring to Boyega, she described him as "fine" and asked someone in the audience about his age.

Upon learning that he was under 30, she expressed her excitement, saying, "Hell yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Nuts still tough, you know what I'm saying? That's what I be looking for."
