Amanda Bynes has once again checked into an inpatient treatment centre at a new mental health facility in Orange County.

According to TMZ, the She’s All That actress has been admitted to the intensive treatment centre since the beginning of July.

They claimed that Bynes "no longer wanted to live alone and sought a more therapeutic environment."

She was previously associated with an outpatient treatment program in Los Angeles after checking out of psychiatric hold in April.

The Nickelodeon alum was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold for three weeks in April after she was caught roaming around the streets of LA naked.

Sources told TMZ at the time: "She was taken to a police station where a professional medical unit was standing by to check her out and determine if she needed further treatment."

What is Wrong with Amanda Bynes?

Amanda Bynes has suffered some public mental health issues, including substance abuse as well as bipolar disorder, reflected by her frequent erratic social media postings and various legal troubles.

She was also placed in an eight-year conservatorship under her mother Lynn, which ended in March 2022.

The judge allowed Bynes to stay on her own, after finding that the actress "has capacity [to] give informed consent to any form of medical treatment."

"In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter," Bynes said in a statement to People at the time.
