Lily James rekindles romance with beau Michael Shuman 5 months after split

Lily James is reportedly back together with her former beau Michael Shuman, five months after the couple called it quits.

The actress was first scene backstage at Glastonbury Festival last month as she supported her Queen of the Stone Age bassist boyfriend during their performance.

James and Shuman were previously together for two years.

As per sources, spending time apart from each other gave them a resolution that they don’t want to be separated at all.

"Lily and Mikey have always adored each other and have lots of fun together," they told the Mirror. "Time apart has made them realise how much they missed each other and now they’re picking up where they left off."

"They looked close at Glasto. Neither is putting any pressure on it – they’re just seeing how it goes," added the insider.

The What’s Love Got To Do With It actress first sparked romance rumours with the musician after the pair were spotted locking lips outside a boutique hotel in Suffolk.

In August of that year, speculations surfaced that they had gotten engaged after Lily was spotted sporting a gold ring on her engagement finger.

The rep for the actress shortly refuted the rumours.

The loved-up pair officially made their red-carpet debut at the Oscars in 2022.

In February, it was reported that James and Shuman had decided to go their separate ways after growing apart in recent months.

"They just couldn't make it work as a couple, but they both wish each other the best for the future," a source told The Sun at the time.
