Taylor Swift for the first time since 2018 at her Eras Tour concert in Seattle's Lumen Field, sang the song This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things live.
Swift grooved on her trademark motion throughout the song and started laughing as she sang, "And here's to you, 'cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do." She took a deep breath and said playfully, "I can't even say it with a straight face."
She released the song, which was a part of her Reputation album, following her publicised battle with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
When Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 VMAs, the feud got underway. Although they appeared to reconcile in the following years, Kanye's release of the song Famous rekindled their conflict since he claimed Swift had given him permission to allude to her in a disparaging manner in the lyrics.
"I think when the laugh came out she wasn't expecting it, had to take a second to recover [sic]," a fan wrote.
Another fan added: "Not the little scream after the laugh I love her sm."
