Kylie Jenner has been summoned to court by a model allegedly left unpaid following a Kylie Cosmetics photoshoot.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, model Sasha Palma is seeking compensation for $120,000 for two of her freelance gigs she was never paid for.
Palma affirmed in the lawsuit that she worked for the beauty mogul at two separate photoshoots in 2020, one of which was on a one-day basis with a daily rate of $2,000.
However, she alleged that The Kardashians star swiftly delayed the payment deadlines for over a month, prompting Sasha to demand an additional $60,000 in penalty fees.
She claimed that the makeup brand was "certainly able to pay her on time," however, "they chose not to."
A rep for the socialite has called out Palma’s bs, claiming that the model was "paid before the NET 45 days per her invoice for both shoots," citing evidence of documents to support their claims.
Moreover, an insider close to Jenner suggested that the payment delay may have been her agent’s fault, rather than hers.
They also claimed that Palma’s team continually approached Kylie’s brand to get more work with the reality TV star, and even asked the company for a letter of recommendation.
