Popular YouTube personality Colleen Ballinger, renowned for her online persona Miranda Sings, finds herself facing criticism as a resurfaced clip from one of her shows sparks controversy.

However, the repercussions don't stop there, as recent reports reveal that Colleen is also experiencing the loss of lucrative business deals.

According to sources, at least two companies that previously sponsored advertisements on Colleen's podcast have decided to withdraw their sponsorships, signalling potential trouble on the horizon.

In the resurfaced footage, she can be seen inviting a young fan onto the stage for an embarrassing fart stunt.

The controversial act involves Colleen spreading the legs of the young fan, who is lying on her back, while a simulated fart noise resonates through the speakers.

The girl featured in the video, now an adult, has come forward to express her distress, emphasizing that she was merely a teenager at the time and condemning Colleen for subjecting her to humiliation and emotional trauma.

The incident has sparked a heated conversation surrounding boundaries, ethical considerations, and the responsibility of influencers in their interactions with young fans.

Several of Colleen's podcast sponsors have now taken notice of the situation and are taking action accordingly.

OneSkin, a skincare company that previously partnered with her, has chosen to sever all ties with her.

In a statement, the company expressed their strong disapproval of the behaviour exhibited in the clip, deeming it appalling and against their principles.

Similarly, telemedicine company Zocdoc has decided to cease running advertisements on Colleen's podcast.
