Princess Charlotte's 'childish' gesture laid bare
A body language expert spoke closely about Princess Charlotte's behaviour at a public appearance
Princess Charlotte's "child-like gesture" was telling of the little one's behaviour after she was seen wiping her hand following a handshake at a public appearance.
Speaking to Express, body language expert, Judi James, elaborated how Charlotte's behaviour was not of disgust but rather a behaviour that was normal for a child of her age.
"If we relate this to adult behaviour it looks very much as though Charlotte is wiping her hand behind her back after shaking with someone who might, understandably, have suffered from sweaty palms.
"However this is more of a child’s gesture than an adult one," the body language expert suggested.
