Susan Boyle, the beloved star of Britain's Got Talent, made an unexpected appearance during the show's finale.

However, the 62-year-old singer revealed that she had experienced a minor stroke last April, which led to doubts about her ability to perform.

Despite her health setback, Boyle summoned her courage and returned to the stage, delivering a heartfelt rendition of her original audition song, I Dreamed A Dream from the renowned musical Les Misérables, alongside the cast of the West End production.

In a powerful display of resilience, she also joined the cast in a captivating performance of Do You Hear The People Sing? Following the remarkable performance, she expressed her joy at being there, stating, "It feels great (to be here).

It's extra special for me. Last April, I suffered a minor stroke, and I fought to be back on stage, and I have done it."

Judge Simon Cowell expressed his gratitude to Susan Boyle, acknowledging her significant impact on the show.

He stated, "Susan, we owe you so much. I knew you weren't well, but if anyone was going to come back, it was going to be you.

It wouldn't be the same without you."

Boyle first astonished audiences with her unforgettable audition on Britain's Got Talent back in 2009, capturing the nation's attention and catapulting to stardom.

Since then, she has achieved remarkable success, accumulating a net worth exceeding £20 million.

Following her impressive run on Simon Cowell's talent show, Boyle released the best-selling record of all time in the UK and has even made notable appearances on television.
