Kroy Biermann's financial woes lead to cohabitation with Kim Zolciak

Former NFL linebacker Kroy Biermann has revealed that he is currently residing with his estranged reality star wife, Kim Zolciak, due to financial constraints.

This surprising admission emerged within a domestic dispute police report, which exposes the couple's ongoing bitter divorce battle, marked by multiple calls to the police to intervene in heated conflicts witnessed by their children.

In a previous report by RadarOnline, it was revealed that on May 4, the police were called to their residence in Milton, GA, after former star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, dialed 911 to report that Kroy had taken her designer handbags, jewelry valued at $175,000, as well as her passport, and locked them away in a basement safe within the house. 

However, despite the responding officer clarifying that he could not act as a mediator in a financial dispute between divorcing parties, Kroy felt compelled to divulge his reasons for continuing to live with his estranged wife and for confiscating her possessions.

Biermann stated to the officer, "I met with Kroy who stated that he believed that the purses and the jewelry were marital property. 

He took several purses because he planned to liquidate them to help offset some costs." 

On May 8, both Kim and Kroy filed divorce petitions, each seeking primary custody of their four minor children—Kroy, Kash, Kaia, and Kane—and requesting child and spousal support from the court.

Initially reported as a physical altercation, both parties later denied physically assaulting each other. 

The incident ignited when Kim allegedly refused to vacate the master bedroom bathroom, despite Kroy's expressed desire to shower, according to the police report. 

Kim claimed that her husband of 11 years was "shouting at her" and repeatedly urging her to leave the bathroom. 

The situation quickly escalated into a heated argument, witnessed by their frightened children, as stated in the police report.

During the police response, Kroy also disclosed that he had documented an alleged instance of domestic violence on an audio recording.
