Priyanka Chopra narrates 'pretty hateful experience' while working on a film

Priyanka Chopra didn’t always enjoy her time in films.

The Citadel star took a Lie Detector test with Amazon Prime Video, where she dished on a film – or rather an experience – that she hated.

"I can't tell you what movie it was but I can tell you the experience was pretty hateful,” she shared. “I used to just wait around for hours. My lines made no sense, I was constantly a damsel, which I am kind of not. So it was tough.”

The mom-of-one previously opened up about how she walked out of a project after its director made a “dehumanizing” demand from her.

"I'm undercover, I'm seducing the guy—obviously that's what girls do when they're undercover," the actress narrated the incident in an interview with The Zoe Report. "But I'm seducing the guy and you have to take off one piece of clothing [at a time]. I wanted to layer up. The filmmaker was like, ‘No, I need to see her underwear. Otherwise, why is anybody coming to watch this movie?'"

Calling it a “dehumanizing” moment, the Quantico alum explained that she felt like, “‘I'm nothing else outside of how I can be used, my art is not important, what I contribute is not important.'"

Chopra eventually ended up leaving the project halfway and also paid back the whole amount which was spent on filming.
