Barbie trailer: Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling 'ARRESTED'

Barbie movie unveiled its second official trailer on Thursday, offering a glimpse into the misadventures that await the beloved doll and her companion Ken on the big screen. 

In this latest clip, Margot Robbie takes on the role of Barbie, who embarks on a mission to find happiness by venturing into "the real world." 

Initially intended to be portrayed by Gal Gadot, the iconic Mattel figurine encounters various challenges, including a run-in with the law and becoming the target of a relentless pursuit led by the CEO of a toy company, portrayed by Will Ferrell. 

The captivating trailer opens with a remarkable scene, as Barbie gracefully descends from the roof of her vibrant pink house, deftly removing her high-heeled shoes. 

In a playful exchange, Ken, portrayed by Ryan Gosling, expresses his desire to visit her later.

Barbie responds with a lighthearted remark, sharing her plans for the evening—a grand blowout party featuring a multitude of Barbies, meticulously choreographed routines, and a specially crafted song. 

Amidst the lively party, Barbie exclaims, "It is the best day ever! So is yesterday and so is tomorrow and every day from now until forever," exuding unbounded enthusiasm. 

However, the joyful atmosphere takes an unexpected turn when she poses a thought-provoking question: "Do you guys ever think about dying?" 

Seeking answers, Barbie seeks out Weird Barbie, portrayed by Kate McKinnon, for guidance. 

In their encounter, Weird Barbie emphasizes the disparity between Barbieland and the outside world by drawing a striking contrast between a high-heeled shoe and a Birkenstock sandal.

Weird Barbie insists on reconsideration, asserting, "You have to want to know. Okay? Do it again."

Barbie embarked on her desert drive towards the real world, she received an unexpected surprise when Ken revealed his decision to join her on this transformative journey. 

The CEO of the toy company expressed grave concern, remarking, "If this information were to be revealed, it could have profoundly unsettling implications for our world. 

The potential consequences would be catastrophic!" Barbie, determined and resourceful, managed to successfully escape from her captors.
