The Voice: Finale promises thrilling performances

The Voice finale will be streaming today and it is one to look out for with performances from multiple artists like Maroon 5 as well as the judges too. 

Tonight marks the final episode of The Voice with Blake Shelton concluding his stint as coach. 

Gwen Stefani, Cabello, Jennifer Hudson, Nick Jonas, John Legend and Adam Levine have also been co hosts over the years.

To celebrate Shelton’s 23 seasons on the show. The  event will feature appearances by Dolly Parton who previously served as a guest mentor  back in 2015. 

The Voice finale will also serve a plethora of performances with CeeLo Green, Maroon 5, Lily Rose, Toosii and Diplo.

Some will feature new songs like Maroon 5 performing Middle Ground and rapper Toosii performing Favorite Song.

Green will make a cameo with Diplo and Rose as Sad in the Summer.

The coaches will not be sitting throughout; they will be performing their own songs with The Top 5.

Hence, Blake, Chance the Rapper, Kelly Clarkson, and Niall Horan will be seen onstage too.

The Top 5 clique is one to watch: Gina Miles from Team Niall, and Sorelle with Team Chance as well as Team Blake’s NOIVAS and Grace West, D. Smooth with Team Kelly.

Now, the new season will premiere in the fall season of this year with new coaches as a tradition.

The new faces will be Stefani, Horan, Legend, and Reba McEntire, with the latter crooning for country songs like Shelton.

"The country lane—I’m taking over for Blake, so I’m gonna represent country music," said McEntire who was also a mega mentor in season 23.

She added, "[He’s got] big boots. I don’t know what size those boots are, but they’re big, so I’m gonna really work hard to make him proud."

And also, "I do understand that I need to go razzle-dazzle with Gwen being on there. Gwen’s always got the nicest outfits, so I really need to step up my game on that."

The finale of The Voice will be seen on NBC at 9 pm EST. 

The winner of the new season was Gina Miles from Team Niall. 

The episode will also be up on NBC’s streaming service, Peacock on May 24.
