Warner Bros and Ray Fisher are not friends anymore.

Cyborg from the Justice League, played by Ray Fisher, was not included in the profile roster on the recently debuted Max despite other iterations of the hero show.

Since his tenure as the DCU character, Fisher has not had the best working relationship with Warner Bros.

The Justice League actor hasn't stopped expressing his disgust for the company and the franchise since he accused DC director Joss Whedon of acting in a "gross, abusive, unprofessional" attitude while on the set of the movie about a group of superpowered individuals.

Without making any move to patch things up with the Hollywood behemoth, Fisher has been spotted criticizing the new DC Studios management, mocking the cancellation of Batgirl last year, and even applauding the departure of DC officials like Walter Hamada.

Is only Ray Fisher's Cyborg excluded?

With the exception of Fisher's DC character, fans of WB's super-powered cinematic universe can represent themselves on the platforms alongside every other significant character from the DCEU's Justice League movie, including Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, The Flash, and Aquaman.

This occurs despite the presence of the animated version of the hero from Teen Titans and Joivan Wade's Doom Patrol interpretation of the character.

Fisher's Cyborg did not make the cut for no obvious reason, although it is likely because of their ongoing legal issue with Warner Bros. and DC.
