Kanye West gets SUED by Gap for 2 MILLION

Kanye West and Gap are still fighting.

After their disastrous relationship, Kanye West and Gap are still at odds, and things have now gotten heated with a $2 million lawsuit.

Gap believes that Ye and his business are to blame for getting them into this situation, according to fresh legal documents acquired by TMZ. As a result, Gap wants Kanye to pay for any damages it might incur in a case it is facing.

Gap is SUED as well

Regarding that situation, Art City Centre, a business that claims it owns a building in downtown Los Angeles that Gap leased as a storefront for Kanye West's clothing line, is suing Gap.

When Gap was promoting the Yeezy collaboration in 2021 and 2022, Art City Centre claims the facility underwent numerous prohibited changes. The company is suing Gap for the expense to repair the property. In essence, Gap is trying to shift the blame to Kanye.

According to the lawsuit, Gap and Kanye agreed that they would not be responsible for any accusations like this that might be made against them.

Gap is suing Kanye for more than $2 million, which naturally includes the sum the firm believes it will be penalized for due to the Yeezy store as well as a bit extra for Gap's legal costs.

As reported previously, Kanye ended his collaboration with Gap in September, claiming the brand betrayed him by making hollow promises.
