SHINee tease comeback with 15-year anniversary special

SHINee under SM Entertainment is going to celebrate their 15th anniversary on May 25.

The group has had a loyal fan base and support group since 2008. They have birthed legendary songs like Replay, Love like Oxygen.

In a display that matches the status of the 2nd gen Kpop boy band, a billboard was erected for the group. 

On May 21, in Megabox Seongsu movie theatre in Seoul, SHINee was shown with their back towards the camera and looking up at the sky.

The boys did not miss the chance and shared the advertisement on their respective Instagram profiles and added the intro track from their song Sherlock. 

The billboard proudly declared June 2023, SHINee comeback hence giving fans plentiful expectations and excitement for the touted album.

With time, the group has pioneered multiple trends that have eclipsed music, fashion and performances. They debuted 15 years ago in the industry dominating the music world by winning various rookie shows.

Their presence mesmerized people earning accolades from critics and fans.

Their musicality is displayed in songs like Ring Ding Dong that is known for its drum like sound that is addictive of sorts.

Moreover, the Sherlock (Clue + Note) is another experimentation of a remix that blends with different songs and themes.

SHINee is known for their unwavering dedication and love for music. 

They have evolved themselves over time and have grown through their albums. Their second full length album ROMEO had every track like a story. It showed the excitement and joy of love with a Romeo and Juliet based theme.

The monumental come back is coming after two years and it is a release of their 7th full-length repackaged album, Atlantis. 

It will commence with the opening of a pop-up store on the 25th and a fan-meeting for everyone at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on the 27th and 28th of May.
