Arnold Schwarzenegger has been named as Chief Action Officer for Netflix.

He announced the news with a promotional video on YouTube, which showed the actor running his massive military tank over a Mercedes Benz parked in front of Netflix’s California HQ.

The Terminator star then announced, "No one loves action as much as I do. That's why I've accepted the big new job as Netflix's Chief Action Officer."

The job description of this role is murky. But the 75-year-old’s said that he is working around the clock to being audiences the "biggest action on earth."

The video that has the granger of an action movie itself then showed Schwarzenegger slice a burrito in half using a sword, adding to the impact of his words.

The upcoming lineup of action-packed movies and shows has Extraction 2 and The Witcher season 3 in the most anticipated list.

The actor himself will make an appearance on the list with Fubar, a series starring Schwarzenegger releasing on May 25.

A reddit user said, "So basically this isn't a real position and this is just an advertisement, right?"

"No clue what his responsibilities might entail, but this man definitely knows a thing or two about successful action movies," said another.

Moreover, he did not shy away from going overboard since he used his own tank to show the message.

According to Tudum, it was brought from Austria.

"Was it really me driving? Of course, it was. I wasn't going to let someone else have that fun," he told Tudum.

This news was preceded by Netflix inducting 5 million monthly active users for its new ad-supported plan that was launched six months ago.

Now, the service has announced that the former governor is a part of its own team.
