Allison Hammond is revealed to be the nation’s favourite to replace either Phillip Schofield or Holly Willoughby on This Morning.
The latest odds on who will likely join This Morning after Schofield and Willoughby’s feud is being speculated by bookmakers.
The duo will bid adieu after 14 years on screen together. The show is currently deep in controversy after the duo were involved in a rumored spat.
The This Morning’s famous hosts were colleagues and friends over the past 17 years, with their first meeting in 2006 a time when they were both fronting Dancing on Ice.
The pair did have a number of rumored fights and spats behind cameras and were said to be at each other’s throats, barely talking to one another.
Now, the bookmaker Coral has speculated on who could be This Morning’s presenter in 2023.
Alison Hammond has odds at 1-2, Dermot O’Leary has 2-1, Rylan Clark is 3-1 and Piers Morgan is a 10-1.
"Alisson Hammond and Dermot O'Leary have both done a great job on a Friday, so they would be obvious choices to replace either Holly or Phillip," claimed Coral’s John Hill.
"Rochelle Humes and Rylan Clark are both at the end of the betting and have attracted interest, while some punters are backing outsider Piers Morgan to make a sensational return to ITV morning television," added Hill.
It arrives after there was a reported jealousy of the pair when the female counterpart won a BAFTA and Schofield felt envious.
In April, the spat got worse when Schofield's brother, Timothy, was convicted of sexual offending a child between October 2016 to 2019.
It is still in the dark whether Schofield or Willoughby will leave the show although several petitions have gathered for the cause.
