Peter Andre speaks out about holding hands with Caprice Bourret

Peter Andre speaks out after photos surface of him holding hands with model Caprice Bourret during a boozy lunch in Ibiza yesterday as they sat outside a luxury hotel.

They both made headlines recently after being spotted holding hands in an outdoor lunch outside the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel. 

During the meal, the 50-year-old married singer was seen in cozy conversation with Caprice, who is also a mother of two.

The singer went on to clarify that the pair were actually filming for an upcoming movie, saying, "It's a movie and we happen to be shooting in Ibiza for three days. 

We are playing two people who are in love in a movie." 

He added that the hand-holding was simply a part of the scene they were shooting.

The pictures had caused quite a stir, with some questioning the nature of their relationship. 

However, Peter was quick to dismiss any rumors, insisting that the outing was purely professional.

During an appearance on Heart Breakfast

Hosts Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden quizzed the singer  about the nature of his relationship with the model, asking, "What is going on? You are in Ibiza  having lunch together, staring into each other’s eyes..." 

Peter  replied to the hosts: "You guys do know what that's about, right? Let's have a guess.

Caprice is an old friend but that is actually a scene from a film, for Hallmark in America."

It's worth noting that Peter Andre has been happily married to NHS doctor Emily, 33, since their lavish wedding at Mamhead House in Exeter in 2015.

Peter and Emily, who have been together for over a decade, share two children and have been a happy family unit.

In addition to their two kids, Emily is also a stepmother to Peter's children from his previous marriage to Katie Price - Junior, 17, and Princess, 15.

Meanwhile, Caprice shares two sons with husband Ty Comfort, one born via surrogate.
