Content Creator Ricegum ends YouTube hiatus with heartbreaking reveal

YouTube star Ricegum has announced his first child was born stillborn.

Real name Bryan Quang Le, the 26-year-old influencer ended his three-year hiatus on the platform with a video on Thursday titled Baby Girl.

In a three-minute video, Bryan documented his experience with his girlfriend Ellerie’s pregnancy, revealing that the fetus’ heartbeat stop at 35 weeks into pregnancy.

“At 35 weeks pregnant, our world crashed down on us when we were told our baby no longer had a heartbeat,” Ricegum wrote. “Every genetic test, blood test came back perfect, and the reason for this tragedy will forever be unknown. Ellerie had to be induced for labor for 48 hours.

He went on to gush about the birth of the “most perfect angel,” describing her “soft, chubby cheeks and tiny button nose.”

“We are still in tremendous shock. Our family ad friends were beyond excited to welcome our baby into the world, instead we are in deep pain and permanently scarred. Only time has helped us through this tragedy. We could never get through this without each other,” he shared.

Fans quickly rallied behind the content creator to offer their support at this difficult time.

“I’m sorry for your loss, she’s now your angel, watching you both all the time. She will always be with you!” one fan wrote.
