Chris Pratt gushes over 'fantastic' experience being a girl dad: 'I love it'

Chris Pratt is learning new things being a dad of three.

The 43-year-old actor shares son Jack, 10, with his first wife Ana Faris, meanwhile, shares, daughter Lyla Marie, 2, and Eloise Christina, 9 months, with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger.

During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Friday, the Guardians of the Galaxy star opened up about the differences between raising boys and girls.

“I love it, man. It's really great,” he gushed when asked how he’s liking being a new girl dad.

“I have a 10-year-old son and this is my first time having daughters, and it really is fantastic,” Pratt continued. “You hear that maybe the experience is different, and it really is, in my experience.”

The Passengers actor explained that two-year-old Lyla is “so girly,” adding: “My daughter Lyla is so girly. I picked her up yesterday and she said, ‘Oh Daddy, that’s a cute outfit. Look, you have little cute pockets.”

“That’s not something Jack ever said to me,” he quipped, prompting Meyers to chime in: “Yeah, my boys have not mentioned my pockets once.”

Pratt recently voiced Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Movie currently premiering in theatres worldwide.
