Prince Harry still hasn’t made up his mind about attending his father’s coronation.
The estranged royal pair still haven’t given a resolute answer on whether they will be present at the looming event, despite being given invitations a month ago.
Speaking to Daily Mail, sources revealed that this is “causing a headache for organizers trying to arrange, among other things, transport and security for the many VIP attendees.”
According to the royal insiders, Harry and Meghan were given a deadline of April 3 to make up their minds and confirm their attendance, however, the source noted that the deadline is “likely to be more relaxed for family members than other guests.”
“Everything is still up in the air and there's only a month to go,” another source protested. “All people have been told is that 'it should hopefully be resolved soon'.”
Despite their uncertainty, Buckingham Palace is buckling down the arrangements as if the Sussexes were attending.
“But in the meantime, the teams are trying to finalize plans for 2,000 guests, many of whom are international heads of state and VIPs. It's a headache,” the source shared.
“Switching things like seating arrangements is fairly easy. But the thing that is causing more of a headache, is the security, cars, and other logistical matters.
“Any plans that mesh with the rest of the family are more important and problematic,” they added.
