Andrew Tate jail time extended for 4th time, to spend another 30 days behind bars

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are to spend yet another moon cycle behind the bars.

A judge at a Romanian court has decided against the release of the social media personality, subjecting them to another 30 days of jail time on charges of sex trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group.

The development marks the fourth time the pair’s detention has been extended since getting arrested in December last year.

The Tate brothers as well as their two female accomplices will remain in custody until April 21.

The decision comes after the former kickboxer was denied bail earlier this month, “disappointing” the influencer in the process who apparently had “high hopes to be reunited with his family.”

It is reported that the prosecutors in charge of Tate’s case can continue to request an extension in their jail time for 180 days in total, which means that “if the judge continues to extend his arrest period, Tate will not be released from prison until at least 27 June.”

Andrew Tate is also currently battling a health condition as a result of a “dark spot on his lung” which could very much exacerbate into a fatal tumor
