The rich hotelier Jeffrey Soffer, a friend of ex-husband Tom Brady and the ex - partner of Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson, has been spending time with the Brazilian beauty.

The 42-year- old's appearance in Costa Rica with Valente in the weeks following the power couple's breakup set the gossip mill into overdrive.

The two were spotted dining with Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, her two children with the 45-year-old retired NFL player, as well as horseback riding together.

This week, the two were seen strolling together once more in Costa Rica, but since Valente's brother was also present, it wasn't a romantic getaway for the two of them.

According to insiders who spoke to DailyMail.com, the real man in Bündchen's life is actually someone who lives far closer to her than her ex did.

The reliable insider informed us that Gisele had been hanging out with Jeffrey Soffer.

Developer and hotelier Soffer, 55, was wed to model and actress Elle Macpherson, 58, until their split in 2017. 

He owns a number of opulent buildings, including Miami's famed Fontainebleau Hotel.

Five children—two from Macpherson's prior marriage to French banker Arpad Busson, 60, and three from Jeffery's past relationships—were born to the couple after their 2013 Fijian wedding.

Soffer is currently wealthier than Brady, whose estimated net worth is $512 million, thanks to his access to private jets, a superyacht, and huge homes. Soffer is currently worth an estimated $2.2 billion.
